FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We love what's in the batter!

Are you nut-free?

While there are no nuts or nut products in our shop, we work with a few ingredients that come from facilities that may process nuts: the M&M’s in our mmmm cookies, the white chocolate chips in our blondies, and the meringue powder in our royal icing, all come from places where nuts may be present, and so we do not call ourselves nut-free.

Do you deliver?/Do you ship?

We can often accommodate local delivery, and also ship certain products. Soon we will have online ordering capabilities for select items. Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and can take 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on destination. *All orders are carefully packaged to ensure the cookies arrive intact; however, we cannot guarantee handling once an order is in the care of the courier. Cookie Girl Inc. is not responsible for errors made by USPS such as delays, damages, loss of packages, etc.*

How much are your cookies?

Our cookies are priced per piece based on flavor and size, and custom iced sugar cookie pricing varies depending on design, shape, size, and intricacy; please reach out to a team member for further pricing inquiries.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?

Much of the year, we require a minimum of one week’s notice prior to pick-up date for custom iced sugar cookie orders, though it is best to place your order as early as possible. Certain seasons call for advanced notice of 2 or more weeks for custom cookies, as holiday demands affect availability. Rush orders may be possible if the schedule allows, and may incur a fee. Other than iced sugar cookies, some items we offer may require less turn-around time; please contact us at the shop to discuss.

Can I pay when I pick up my order?

Special orders, personalized or custom cookies, and made-to-order items require prepayment or deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. Order placement is not complete without payment, deposit or card on hold. We accept all major credit cards and offer cash discount. Please call or send contact form for details.

How long do the cookies last?

Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh, although they will not spoil if they hang around for a few days (if they go uneaten that long!). Iced sugar cookies are always individually wrapped, and stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
